Description

—This 1956 Jaguar XK 140 Drophead Coupé is an iconic example of 1950s British grand touring cars, combining classic lines with driving pleasure.

The car is presented in red, with a black leather interior in very good overall condition, complemented by well-preserved black carpets.
The black soft top is in very good used and functional condition.

The wire wheels and chrome trim are in good condition, consistent with a regularly used and maintained car.

The car is currently very presentable.

Minor paint imperfections are visible in several places, mainly upon closer inspection. These are purely cosmetic and can be addressed according to the future owner's requirements.

Mechanically, the car runs very well and can be driven without difficulty.

This XK 140 was converted from right-hand drive to left-hand drive in 2006. It was then acquired by its last owner, who kept it in his private collection, regularly using it for club outings and exhibitions where it always makes a great impression.

The asking price fully reflects these factors and more than covers the cost of cosmetic improvements, thus giving the buyer the opportunity to tailor the vehicle's presentation to their preferences, while acquiring a very sound and immediately usable car.
